A licensed beauty professional with over ten years of industry experience, Sydney brings both practitioner insight and business leadership to her work. She currently serves in a leadership role at Graeber & Company Salon and Facial Bar, a multi-generational salon company known for its commitment to advanced education, guest experience, and career development for beauty professionals.
Sydney is passionate about elevating the perception of beauty and barbering as skilled professions that contribute meaningfully to workforce development, entrepreneurship, and local economies. Through her leadership with the Association, she focuses on strengthening collaboration between salons, schools, and regulatory partners to support the next generation of licensed professionals in Idaho..
Tiffanie Judd, Vice President

Tiffanie Judd is a licensed Cosmetologist and Cosmetology Instructor with nearly 30 years of experience in the beauty industry, including education and salon ownership. She is passionate about supporting cosmetologists, barbers, estheticians, and nail technicians through education, advocacy, and professional connection. Her work focuses on strengthening Idaho’s beauty and barbering industry while helping create opportunities for the next generation of licensed professionals.
Sandra Ammann, Treasurer

Sandra Ammann is the Chief Financial Officer of Turbo Air Inc., in Boise, Idaho. She brings more than 21 years of experience in finance and accounting, with expertise in financial planning, audits, and strategic growth. Sandra has led efforts to streamline processes, strengthen compliance, and improve financial reporting. She holds an MBA in Accounting and provided financial guidance during the ownership transition of Boise Barber College. Drawing on that experience, she is committed in her role as Treasurer of the Idaho Professional Beauty and Barber Association to supporting the strength and continued growth of the barber and beauty industry in Idaho.

Richard Nalder is a barbershop owner, industry educator, and leadership coach with more than two decades of experience in the professional beauty and barbering industry. He is the owner of Redlan’s Gentlemen’s Grooming in Eagle, Idaho and works nationally with salon and barbershop companies to strengthen business systems, leadership development, and professional standards. As Secretary of the Idaho Professional Beauty & Barber Association, Richard is committed to advancing education, protecting professional licensure, and supporting long-term sustainability for the industry.
Aimie Leonardi, Board Member

Aimie Leonardi, Licensed Esthetician
Aimie has been a licensed esthetician since 2012, serving her clients in Idaho for the past 11 years. She currently works out of a functional based medical practice, Heart2Heal. Aimie brings a unique approach to Esthetics with her prior education in holistic nutrition. Incorporating her knowledge of nutrition into her appointments with each client, Aimie tailors every treatment plan to create a whole body approach to true skin healing from the inside out.
Outside of the treatment room, Aimie is a mother to 4 children and married to her loving husband. Her hobbies beyond her love of skin include cooking clean, whole food meals for her family, fitness and fellowship with her friends.

Josh Starita is the President and owner of a group of 7 Paul Mitchell beauty schools across the Northwest, where he focuses on growth, culture, and operational excellence. He leads with a strong emphasis on creating exceptional student experiences, building high-performing teams, and driving enrollment through strategic innovation. Josh is also the co-founder of Lucent Data Solutions, a data analytics company helping businesses turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and father of three and enjoys playing sports, making music, and developing himself as a leader.

Marti Hutchinson has been a leader in the beauty and aesthetics industry since 2008. She is the owner of M SPA and the Aesthetics Academy of Idaho, where she focuses on advanced education, mentorship, and elevating standards within the profession. Marti is passionate about helping beauty professionals not only master their craft but also build meaningful, sustainable careers.
As an educator and mentor, she believes strongly in creating opportunities for the next generation of estheticians and beauty professionals through hands-on training, honest industry guidance, and community support. Marti is also the founder of the MedSpa Mentor app, designed to give professionals access to ongoing education and mentorship wherever they are in their journey.
Through her work with the Idaho Beauty and Barber Association, Marti is committed to supporting and advocating for the beauty industry while helping strengthen the professional community across Idaho.

Shelby Bills is the Owner and CEO of Graeber & Company, a legacy salon and facial bar that has proudly served the Boise community for over 60 years. As one of the longest-standing salons in the region, 2025 Salon of the Year, and a multiple-time Top 200 Salon in the U.S., Graeber & Company is nationally recognized for its innovation, leadership, and commitment to excellence in the beauty and wellness industry.
A graduate of Boise State University, Shelby has been honored by the Idaho Business Review as a CEO of Influence, Woman of the Year, Empowering Women honoree, and as a leader of one of the Top Companies in Idaho. With more than two decades of experience, she is known for her purpose-driven leadership, unshakable resilience, and ability to evolve a legacy brand while staying deeply rooted in its mission and values.
Shelby has successfully led Graeber & Company through economic downturns, multiple partner exits, full business restructure, a global pandemic, and industry-wide shifts most recently navigating and overseeing a bold transformation that included a complete renovation, elevated rebrand, and relocation to their flagship location in the heart of downtown Boise.
Beyond her own company, Shelby is an Alumni mentor to salon owners across North America through the High-Performance Salon Academy, where she helped salon leaders scale with vision, integrity, and intention. She is a co-author of the book, “Prove Them Wrong,” a guide to building six-figure and beyond careers through a lifestyle-based, service-first approach for beauty professionals and a founding Board Member for the Idaho Professional Beauty and Barber Association.
